My stay was quite mixed. The check-in process was frustrating and felt disorganized, which put a damper on things. However, the room was much larger and nicer than I expected, making for a comfortable experience. The staff at the restaurant could use some improvement in terms of service, but the location is very convenient for those traveling between cities.
